CHAIR YOGA CLASS
This "Chair Yoga" class is a very effective way to experience the benefits of yoga while even sitting in a chair. They will learn simple and enjoyable stress reduction techniques and experience the powerful effects of deep breathing and stretching. It will inspire the participant to integrate these easy movements into their life anytime and anywhere to support their healing process. People in most any condition can perform this gentle form of yoga.
After this session, the participants have some invaluable simple tools to aid in their healing journey and will walk away feeling relaxed and refreshed!
Note: This class is also perfect for Seniors with limited mobility. This class can also be translated for long Airplane and Bus rides too!
