Chakra mean's "wheel" or "disc". From the great spiral galaxies to the swirling atoms within our cells, the whole universe is comprised of wheels of energy.
Inside this comprehensive chakra system we will focus on the seven major spinning centers in our energy body. Each of these centers represents different levels of human development.
In this workshop we will begin with a two-hour Chakra Yoga class focusing deeply on these seven energy centers. Using particular yoga postures, along with chanting the ancient powerful "Bij" mantras, this class is designed to direct, open and balance your Chakras, on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
After this experiential class you will learn, in detail, about each Chakra in order to recognize and identify your specific personal imbalances.
With this awareness, along with simple tools you will start to be able to create greater stability and freedom into your life using this powerful system of healing.
