Faculty: Phillip Bhark and Priti Robyn Ross
Tuition: $240*

Join cardiologist Philip Bhark and yoga instructor Priti Robyn Ross and learn effective preventative and healing practices for your heart. Did you know that heart disease is the number one cause of death for both men and women in America? While we are all aware of factors such as high blood pressure and cholesterol in heart health, this weekend exploration includes the healing potential of the emotional and spiritual hearts.
This workshop offers you a unique opportunity to see, feel, and experience how a spacious and connected heart supports better brain function, reduces fear and anxiety, enhances happiness, and promotes the health of the physical heart.
Focusing on "preventative cardiology" we will:
-
Utilize biofeedback to experience what is like to be truly in the moment
-
Practice therapeutic yoga and breathing techniques
-
Reconnect to the essential rhythm of the heart with sound and movement
-
Restore broken hearts through the compassionate practice of metta meditation.
This program is for individuals wishing to open and heal their hearts as well as yoga instructors and health practitioners engaged in integrative healing work.
