The Namaste Yoga center, located on the Upper West Side, is a lovely center with beautiful hand painted murals, wooden floors, all yoga props available and a sky light.

KRIPALU PLUS YOGA CLASSES

The class is mixed level and all are welcome!

The yoga is a blend of styles, with Kripalu Yoga, the yoga of compassion, at the heart of this practice. Blending 20 years of practice with the influence of Rasa Yoga (chanting and toning), Prana Yoga (Chakras), Iyengar, Vinyasana, Anusara (alignment cues) and so much more.
