In order to reverse the ill effects of stress we need to create a time and place in our lives to deeply rest and let go.
In this workshop, you will have that designated space to fully release the tensions that build up in your emotional and physical being. You will be guided through a series of supported gentle postures, most lying on your mat, while we carefully place blankets, props and pillows under your head, limbs and torso in order for you to safely release physcial tension into gravity.
These positions of complete and total comfort create a unique opportunity to fully release your whole self. When your entire body is completely supported in this manner, you will then be able to surrender into a state of equanimity to restore your entire being.
