This weekend you will learn to easily facilitate healthy alignment by expanding your knowledge of hands-on techniques, while you cultivate a deeper understanding of the art of assisting.

Assisting a student is not about correction or perfection--it is a loving act that brings students safely into their postures and ultimately deepens their practice. You will:

• Work with partners to explore a variety of assists and modifications for common misalignments
• Learn correct biomechanics for your own body
• Hone your skills in observing anatomical alignment
• Experience the significance of touch, using your hands as powerful energetic tools
• Develop the awareness of entering the sacred space of the student
• Observe the asana as a three-dimensional sculpture and discover ways to mold the form to release the healing flow of prana.
